Kevin’s review published on Letterboxd:
I was honestly not prepared for how actually funny this movie is. I laughed almost constantly. Johnson clearly knows how to have fun. Every actor feels so comfortable, each one bringing layers upon layers of humor as the layers upon layers of this masterful mystery plot unfold.
Finding it impossible to write at much length about this movie until I watch it a couple more times, but I will say that I hope everyone in America sees this movie. I can think of a particular portion of our society that really needs to. They'll have fun while getting to hear how ridiculous they sound. Perhaps that is the best part of this movie...directly related to the absolute brilliance of Ana de Armas' performance, one of the absolute best of the year. And this is a movie where Daniel Craig successfully chews up nearly every scene.
