a very charming and touching two hander about coming of age sexually and unlearning the biases that hold one back from doing that. at times it feels like a play about two strangers evaluating their own sex lives, while assessing the desires that come with it. it’s really nice to see sex work normalized in such a way.

if this came out during my Tumblr era, it would’ve had my dashboard in a choke hold!!
Cooper Raiff is such an exciting new talent. he is effortlessly charming on screen and has such a singular voice in his writing and directing.
every performance here is great, Dakota and Cooper’s chemistry is off the charts. Leslie Mann was truly wonderful. between this and Shithouse, it’s clear how important the mother/child relationship is to Cooper’s work, and is made clear really beautifully in the scenes between Mann and him.
i loved this so much! i cried!
