I don’t think I’ve seen this since its original run but watching it today it felt the same as it did then: really loud, clamorous, and not particularly fun. Actually what it is is not particularly funny. There’s lots of gags of course, but they’re almost all just cartoon violence without the humor. Mostly it’s people—toons and characters—yelling at each other.
