    I don’t normally watch superhero movies, but this was one of the most original, innovative and unique films of its genre. Never was cheesy; every second was put to good use and had some of the best character writing in any superhero movie ever.

    Wow. I’m not even that big of a P.T. Anderson fan, but this was fucking incredible. Superb acting and fantastic pacing made this 3 hour film feel like 30 minutes and still managed to express an abstract deeper meaning without coming off as pretentious. Absolute masterpiece in my book; could not recommend highly enough.

    This movie fucking rocks. I mean the first two where pretty good but this was an absolute masterpiece. The score, the performances, the cinematography, fucking everything about this was amazing. The first film I’ve seen in a long time that made me literally say “Wow”. I’ll be rewatching this over and over for the rest of my life. ♥️

    Start to finish, Heat is an incredible watch. Michael Mann’s magnum opus executes every facet of filmmaking with precision and style. If you’re familiar with Mann, you know that Heat is a film that has been in the making for almost two decades; the original draft was written in 1979 and there was even a TV movie made from this script called L.A Takedown that Mann directed. Heat is a film that was put in a unique position - not…
