    Very interesting film from a POV and new media perspective, dare I say it is:

     *gasp* “OF THE TIMES” *gasp*

    The use of technology to develop story, communicate, and discover new information was so well done, I truly felt like I was in front of a computer screen the entire time!

    The visual juxtapositions in this film are INCREDIBLE. The living being surrounded by dead bodies. The ruins that are both large and empty, somber and beautiful. Ingrid Bergman being reduced to a minuscule scale in the presence of opulent, imposing, sculptures. The window of separation between Bergman in her car and the world that exists in the streets of Napoli just beyond her eye line.

    Honestly this was the high school John Hughes film I feel I was robbed of! For each speck of the unrealistic that existed in this film, there was an even bigger wave of the exact same sentiment  and true feelings of what it was like to go through high school. So touching to see, I loved every minute of it.  Also, Leah, girl, I see you, I was you, I am you:) just got to roll with it and keep being you.
