Okay the bottom line is its not as bad as the critics made it and not as good as the fanboys are saying it is. It definitely surpassed MOS in so many ways and the only reason for that was Batman (Yep said it and no matter how much I love Batman he was kind of an a**hole in the film lol). It was dark, it was gritty...what an awesome take on Batman and it was the only thing that made the entire experience more enjoyable.
The stellar performances, the brutality, the action sequences and not to mention the amazing wonder woman, it was no doubt one of the best parts. The movie started with an absolute bang but became dull afterwards but the second half was more than enough to fill the appetite. The Batman Superman fight sequence was short but Zack totally nailed it. The third act was purely for comic book fans and thats the main reason critics are bashing it so hard. The trinity showdown could have been much better but still it was good enough. Cameos of the other characters were not as we wanted them to be or as we expected but still enough to open many doors for JL movie. Well to cut it short, I'll just say Batman vs Superman was messy but very enjoyable.
