Konstantinos Pappis’s review published on Letterboxd:
hands off to lanthimos for making a bizzare royal comedy like this and proving his signature style can transcend any genre. i can imagine people's shocked reactions as they expect another conventional peripd drama. emma stone and rachel weisz are great but olivia colman really shines through. she has a deep but childlike expression in her eyes that makes her feel human and grounds the film amidst all the strange madness. i can't wait to see where lanthimos goes next.
