KYK’s review published on Letterboxd:
i think that yorgos's visual flairs are much better served here than in his last film (though both often feel like the works of a director who had just discovered the steadicam)... also, some of those fish-eye shots (which he used a little too much)...i was like relax brother this ain't mid-90s. BUT i gotta say, this is a successful, ambitious turn for the director. the three leads are excellent -- this is still very much a trickster yorgos world but with colman, stone, and weisz, it feels a lot warmer and less sparse than his previous films. there's even a new layer of pleasure in the sex scenes -- and that feels new for him!
