  A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood 2019

  This film was not what I expected.

  When Tom Hanks breaks the fourth wall and talks, I/ you instantly become a 6 year old watching kids tv in the 80s. 

  Watching Mathew Rhys made me realise how much I miss ‘The Americans’.

  “C’mon motherfuckers let’s light this firecracker…”

  The comedy of this movie is that, if something like this were to happen in real life, this is what would most likely happen. Even when you see it coming. 

  People would be more concerned about the politics, the agendas, the hashtags, the money, the misdirection, and complete loss of all concept of logic, the science and common sense.
