    Meet the Robinsons

Not an amazing movie, as it has its flaws, yet still very underrated.

  • Yesterday

I enjoyed the cinematography with really amazing shots and composition. Also I particularly liked the visuals for placenames and the “fame” sequence, too. And what’s not to love about Richard Curtis’s brilliantly witty humor?
Had a good time, would watch again!

    Surprisingly, I actually enjoyed this.

  • Aladdin

Hate to use the Chernobyl meme, but it entirely fits my feelings for this movie: “Not great, not terrible”.

Of all the things, I have to say I did enjoy the “Friend Like Me” musical number though.

    Who Framed Roger Rabbit

Rewatched Who Framed Roger Rabbit for the nth time, being my all-time favorite, but only this time I fully appreciated all the details of it: the cinematography, the production and amazing practical effects, and all the many film noir nods. What a spectacular masterpiece! 😍

    Black Mirror: Bandersnatch

This wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either. The repetitiveness and “wrong paths” were tiresome and annoying after a while, and made the plot feel lost and less cohesive. Shame though, as the Choose-Your-Own-Adventure idea (though gimmicky) was interesting and innovative.

Also, while I’m that sort of person who appreciates meta humor a lot, while watching this I found myself eye-rolling a lot 🙄
