The way she says “EEUGH” when he says “I want your blood all over me” made me belly laugh so hard lmfaooo I never realized how bad the acting was in this 😭

Never stop making movies, Robert Eggers. What an astounding achievement of blood and steel. 

And as a history nerd this was absolute catnip for me! It’s great to *finally* see a historically accurate AND unsentimental depiction of the Viking age, and not have their violence and barbaric ways be romanticized unlike some certain tv shows with goofy ass haircuts.

God yes!!!! As soon as I heard this was announced I knew it was gonna be right in Guillermo del Toro’s wheelhouse. And this is by far my favorite performance from Bradley Cooper.
