Mike LaPenta’s review published on Letterboxd:
Was pretty disappointed with the voice over here. I’ve come to expect poetic prose about the meanings of life, and here we get pretty direct observations from a little girl (with kind of an annoying voice). The movie is gorgeous though, with vast landscapes that make our characters feel so small. We get apocalyptic events that feel like the characters’ worlds are about to come to an end, even when they’ve reached what feels like heaven.
