When I went to the theater to see The Man from UNCLE with my dad there was a bunch of dumb nerds lined up to see this. I'm glad I waited because that would have been a very sweaty theater experience.
I haven't watched a second of Dragon Ball in ten years but this was a glorious piece of nostalgia. It's silly as FUCK but if you're familiar with the characters it's a fun ride, insane but fun.
The whole squad shows up. Master Roshi, Krillin, and Piccolo bringing the jokes. Gohan is a strong nerd or something. Vegeta is homophobic. There's nothing like Goku and Freeza going head to head.
Besides being pure fan service there's nothing new or even that good about it.
