gowns, beautiful gowns

it was pretty solidly a 3 star until that “reveal”, which felt straight out of scooby doo. beautifully shot but just so ham fisted in its storytelling and utterly lost thematically. the last 20 minutes are bizzare and rushed. elordi, keoghan, oliver, pike were all great, though grant was probably my mvp. i would really love to know what emerald fennell thinks this movie is about. also hate to be this person but they made a whole thing of how big oliver’s dick but when we see it at the end.. hm -

you def feel the runtime in the middle but wow… this cast is rock solid top to bottom. charles melton and cory michael smith my standouts but literally everyone is at the top of their game. also, what a screenplay
