  • It Chapter Two

    It Chapter Two

“You know what they say about Derry. No one who dies here ever really dies.”

this was one of my most anticipated films of the year and i had high expectations...

i did enjoy watching it, but at times it became slow and a little (unnecessarily) long. it wasn’t really a horror movie, i think i only jumped once and that disappointed me a bit. however the comedy parts were hilarious, i laughed a lot. and the ending 🥺

  • Men in Black: International

    Men in Black: International

Agent O: You really think a black suit is going to solve all your problems?
Agent M: Hmm, no. But it looks damn good on you.”

this was better than i thought it would be
i actually had a lot of fun...
i thought there was nothing more attractive than chris hemsworth wearing a black suit and sunglasses but then tessa thompson showed up and left me speechless.

    The Dead Don't Die

i don’t know what was more annoying
    that damn song
adam driver saying “this is gonna end badly” every five minutes
    or chloë sevigny screaming
the only good thing was bob the hermit (and tilda swinton obviously)

    Mia: Don’t you hate that?
    Vincent: What?
Mia: Uncomfortable silences. Why do we feel it's necessary to yak about bullshit in order to be comfortable?”

i have to agree with you filmbros...
that was a classic that was a fucking classic.

    (still not his best movie)

  • Bad Times at the El Royale

Bad Times at the El Royale

“It all starts with a simple choice.
Which side are you on? Right? Wrong?
God or no God? Red or black?”

    this was surprisingly good.
the story is very gripping from the beginning, the twist and turns and how they are presented is really great. the cinematography is beautiful and the whole cast did an amazing job.
dakota johnson i would die for you.

  • Professor Marston and the Wonder Women

Professor Marston and the Wonder Women

“To you Wonder Woman is just a comic but she's my life. She's my love.”

this is not a movie, it’s a whole experience. an underrated gem.
it tells the most beautiful, interesting and genuine love story you will ever see.
    i’m utterly captivated.
i wish i could have seen this in theaters 😔

  • Wonder Woman

    Wonder Woman

“Be careful in the world of men, Diana. They do not deserve you.”

imagine not loving this wonderful movie or at least enjoy it (i feel bad for you, guess the misogyny jumped out)

gal gadot is perfect -talented, charming, gorgeous- and the perfect actress for this role, she literally shines on the screen and her chemistry with chris pine is really great.

wonder woman was my favourite superhero as a kid, and after watching this movie she still is ♥️

  • The Nice Guys

    The Nice Guys

Holland March: What the hell is going on?
Jackson Healy: Oh you know, there's a guy coming to kill us, that kind of crap.”

I hadn’t had this much fun with a movie in a long time, it was ridiculously hilarious.
Shane Black did a fantastic job writing and directing this, he managed to tell a crime story with good action sequences, great dialogues and so much comedy.

I loved it, specially ryan gosling falling from high places and screaming in a high pitched voice.

  • Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood

Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood

"That was the best acting I’ve ever seen in my whole life."

I’m so happy I finally saw this, although I’m not a big fan of Tarantino movies, I enjoyed this one so fucking much.
everything was wonderful, the screenplay, the acting, the soundtrack, the pop culture references and that ending!!!
brad and leo’s performances were absolutely amazing (they were so damn cute together) and my girl margot was stunning, she did a great job respectfully portraying sharon…

    Blade Runner 2049

“We’re all just looking out for something real.”

brilliant, stunning, captivating..... ryan gosling is just so amazing.
the movie is also really good, a little too long for me but i still enjoyed it, specially the score, visuals and cinematography.

and it’s way better than the first one.

  • Z for Zachariah

    Z for Zachariah

    D for Disappointment

this could have been a pretty decent movie with a beautiful cast and cinematography, interesting plot and great direction but they ruined it with that poor ending. i’m sill mad.
anyway... if you’re bored and want to see margot as a beautiful brunette playing the role of a sweet, innocent, country girl, you should give it a watch!
