Joshua White’s review published on Letterboxd:
Into the Spider-Verse is probably the most well-made Spider-Man film that we’ve received. It brings a completely unique and captivating visual style, expert directing, gripping action, and talented voice acting, and it knows its audience. It doesn’t dawdle or try to spend time telling a story that most people already know about, it even makes a point to satirize the amount of oversaturation with Spider-Man and the superhero genre as a whole. It manages to feel unique and fresh in a way that I didn’t know I could still get out of this property. I enjoyed this film more than I ever thought I would, and it gets a strong recommendation.
