Letterboxd — Your life in film

Not bad, not great, but definitely not as horrible as some people think

Really, really underwhelmed by this. Gary Oldman was good I guess

Some funny moments. But mostly just an average comedy

Pretty decent for a Christian film

Some truly gorgeous and striking imagery, but that can't be the only thing carrying a film. I disliked the whole "love can conquer space and time" aspect. To me, it felt very forced instead of emotionally affecting. I think Nolan relied way too much on the cinematography of the film and should have focused more on a fleshed out story. All in all, this was a decent film, but I think it was very overhyped and not as important as it pretends to be.

I guess I was entertained.

Entertaining pre-resurgence Sinatra film. Starts out promising but kind of descends into self gratification. Not a bad movie, but not a very good one either.

A cerebral nightmare. I enjoyed the giallo-inspired scenery and atmosphere, but I found it lacking in a way. One big plus was that the film had a very effective villain in the psychopathic doctor, however there was not a whole lot else that stodd out to me besides the gorgeous imagery.
