Have you ever wondered why Stan Winston only directed two films in his extremely prolific career? A Gnome Named Gnorm is why. Never before have I seen such an awful disgusting creature so lovingly and artfully brought to life. This was supposed to be an R-rated comedy or something but then the studio was like "Nah, no one will like this.". So they retooled it into a kid's movie or at least tried to. Anthony Micheal Hall plays a cop but his division obviously isn't the fashion police because holy shit that wardrobe. It's like five of the worst outfits I've ever seen rolled into one. Also a lot of people seemed unfazed to discover mythical creatures just exist when they saw this piece of shit wandering around New York City (probably Toronto) with Anthony Hall. But then again his outfit was so awful people probably couldn't take their eyes off of that, so really being friends with some douchebag who looked like he lost a fight to a frathouse laundry hamper in 1989 is great camouflage. And you see Gnorm's gnutsack.
It's a really shitty movie, Max.
