Silly, bizarre, funny and one of those movies I watched so much growing up, in my teen years. It's a comfort film now, one I can throw on, laugh with, and enjoy without thinking too hard, and there's a lot can be said for those kind of movies.
This is a whimsical and glorious love letter to cinema with a setting and tone that drips with passion for film. It's one of those films that leaves you with a big smile on your face and ages as gracefully as you'd expect a film of this quality to age. Brilliant.
