Sean Baker’s review published on Letterboxd:
Was so happy to get to see a DCP of the Arrow Films restored version of this film at the Billy Wilder Theater at LA's Hammer Museum. The American Genre Film Archive (AGFA) and the UCLA Film & TV Archive presented a double feature of Lady Terminator and Sister Street Fighter. LT was a 35mm print. (I'll log that soon)
So this looked absolutely amazing. Arrow did such a great job with the restoration... and I'm assuming I was watching a 4K DCP.
Look at this quality:
And I was reminded of how good Etsuko Shihomi is in this film. And there's so much Kill Bill. But honestly... I'll have to revisit again semi-soon because I took a big edible just before Lady Terminator... by the time Sister Street Fighter started, I was on another planet... so I probably processed half of it.
