  • Maleficent: Mistress of Evil

    Maleficent: Mistress of Evil

    ★★½

i was either unconscious or ready to vomit while this movie was in the background, and both of those things were infinitely more interesting and original

  • Masterminds

    Masterminds

    ★★½

so many good and funny actors in such a bland and boring movie. so many average movies

  • Peter Pan

    Peter Pan

    ★★½

filled with bright colours and blatant racism, this fun-filled romp will leave your child with disrespectful views towards native americans and women. but hey, thats the 50s!

  • Marnie

    Marnie

    ★★½

filled to the brim with underwhelming performances, receding hair-lines and uncomfortable scenes, Marnie was relatively weak film overall with some good scenes and shots, few and far between. i take back what i said, hitchcock isn't an up-and-comer

  • Pride and Prejudice and Zombies

    Pride and Prejudice and Zombies

    ★★½

This is my first introduction to the Pride and Prejudice cinematic universe and it was not very good! I couldn’t tell which parts of it were ripped from the original lore and which were entirely zombie related. The performances and cinematography were entirely average, as was the plot. Im not sure if I’d even like Pride and Prejudice, couldnt possibly live up to this action packed experience

  • Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy

Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy

    ★★½

Not as good as I remember it to be but still okay and pretty funny.

  • Interview with the Vampire

    Interview with the Vampire

    ★★½

I have no idea what this film was about or why it exists but here we are. A startling amount is dedicated to Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise (vampires) struggling to raise their daughter (Kirsten Dunst, also vampire). The homoeroticism in this film was extremely shocking and increasingly intense. I'm surprised that the main kiss in the film is between Kirsten Dunst and Brad Pitt, and not Brad Pitt and any other male character who was on the screen at any time.

  • Enola Holmes

    Enola Holmes

    ★★½

It was okay but not worth giving up two hours for

  • Malena

    Malena

    ★★½

A movie about the negative effects of misogyny and the male gaze sure positively portrays a lot of misogyny and the male gaze!

  • Spectre

    Spectre

    ★★½

Every character in this film seems to be a caricature of the typical Bond characters. Bond shoots people and jumps out of exploding buildings, Christoph Waltz is hellbent on world domination for some reason, the Bond girl is attractive and in love with James for no discernible reason. Basic, basic, basic. The Bond theme still hits hard though

  • Project Power

    Project Power

    ★★½

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

A forgettable movie to watch when you need to kill time or just want something to watch in the background. The plot is kind of interesting but gets too convoluted and bogged down with other story threads that don't always come to fruition. I honestly still don't understand half of what went on and it didn't really hook me in early enough to make me care. The visuals were okay but a lot of the action sequences were pretty generic,…

  • The Time Traveler's Wife

    The Time Traveler's Wife

    ★★½

I did not pay any attention to this film but it didn’t seen good!
