London’s review published on Letterboxd:
Believe it or not Rain Man was super progressive when looking at people with autism 30 years ago. Quite a few scenes are uncomfortable now and some of the information presented in the film are painfully outdated. But Hoffmans portrayal is incredible and the film does end up being endearing as hell by the end of it.
Tom Cruise has a really good performance in it, better than most I have seen before, even if he is super evil in the film. The film is very much worth it for the performances alone and even if the movie has definitely aged it really was a landmark film for the time.
