Honestly baffled by the love this one is getting.
Evidently in love with the original Craven films but sorely lacking the writing chops and guts to pull off the series' signature self-referential bite nor do Bettinelli-Olpin and Gillett interrogate space nearly half as well as Craven does.
But there are some neat moments and Jenna Ortega puts in a very good performance.
