What Makes a 5-star Film? (Responses Requested)

I have a habit of thinking about how I rate what I watch to the point of overcomplicating how I want my initial impressions of a film to be presented as, since the star rating is the first thing most people will see in my reviews. Besides making my brain hurt doing this, it's also had me wondering about what it is I value most in what I watch.
