Without a doubt, one of the greatest horror films of the 21st century, and one of the scariest films I have watched recently. Seriously, do not read anything about this film before going on. It will shock you, surprise you and SCARE you. Hereditary has a very unique atmosphere, which is only strengthened by its amazing soundtrack and performances (both Toni Colette and Alex Wolff are stunning).

Whilst I LOVE the animation and the world which the Parr family lives in, the pacing is completely off and the script is almost laughable. I honestly can't believe this was actually directed by Brad Bird as well. The first Incredibles movie was nearly flawless, but this? If you aren't convinced by all the 5-star reviews, let me tell you why you should watch this 7-hour long Hungarian classic.

1: It's a one of a kind film that you may only see once upon a lifetime.

2: The seven hours will go by faster than you think. This is a slow paced movie, but that doesn't mean it's boring.

3: You will enter a whole new world. I felt like I was around the characters rather than…
