Louis Holstein’s review published on Letterboxd:
I don’t know where to start. Firstly, why am I just seeing this film? Secondly, I find it more and more true that they just don’t produce films like this anymore. Films with heart, humor, and wit. Films that have something to say, yet don’t say everything. Is this academy award worthy? No, but it is a great time? Heck yes! Hawn, Midler, and Keaton were electric; I could watch them all day. With appreances from Maggie Smith, Sarah Jessica Parker, Stockard Channing, Stephen Collins, Marcia Gay Harden, and Kathy Lee Gifford- is it safe to say it’s a 90s classic??? Yes??? I certainly think so.
