LovelyFortune’s review published on Letterboxd:
Ok so I can't channel the feelings I had when I watched this because it was about a week ago, but I saw this on Complex's list of "50 Most Disturbing Films" and I didn't find it all that disturbing. There were only certain scenes, but it kind of dragged. The specific parts that were disturbing, made me feel that maybe it would have been better as a short film, but then i feel the buildup of the everything-is-not-what-it-seems trope wouldn't be developed as well as it was (in retrospect. While watching I just wanted it to get to the scary parts sooner).
If I ever watch it again, hopefully I can give this a more thoughtful review.
