Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia

    ★★★★

This movie is just covered in dirt and grit. Both visually in plotwise.

A spiraling staircase down towards misery is what this feels like and it ends on a perfect note. Bennie and Elitas relationship feels so fragile throughout this whole movie, it's almost as a love and hate relation between them. Movie creates anxiety and frustration well due to the events that unfold. I feel there's alot more to the story and plot but ill have to see it again to get the complete picture of this.

Don't expect this to be a actionfilled movie, it's more of drama and tragedy

Great and interesting style of visuals

Looked forward to watching this cultclassic flick and it delivers. This movie feels like a typical "either you like it or you don't" movie. It has humour and darkness, it doesn't make sense but that is what's so cool and interesting with it. Great classic western flick by the master Leone himself.

Carefully composed shots of well choreographed characters moving is how the introduction of the movie starts of. It looks really beautiful and Sergio Leone is already from the beginning showing of his skills in building suspense. This is also well connected to the ending with a classic one on one duel.

Story is typical for western; someone has something, a gang of welldressed bandits wants it, some lone gunslinger lends a…

    Enjoyed this greatly

This movie played out as i expected; It's raw, gritty, dark and mysterious. A perfect blend that Wheatley handles brilliantly. Being on a low budget i can sometimes expect what it will look like but this doesn't look bad or poor at all (except for the CGI blood when they headshot the priest), it has a realistic style and feel for it but it still keeps the "filmic atmosphere". The plot is simple and great, it doesn't…
