An enchanting tale that offers a glimpse into a fascinating universe.
This is no Sci-Fi epic. There is no grand philosophical subtext. It’s a pretty simple western story. Yet this transports a feeling and sense of immersion that I often miss from big-budget productions. Prospect is a great example of how Lo-Fi Sci-Fi can be done.

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald

    The Crimes of J.K. Rowling

I've been skeptical about the the plan to make five "Fantasic Beasts" from the beginning. Granted, the first one was quite decent. However there was no way J.K. could manage a quality storyline of the grand Harry Potter caliber again.

It's a brilliantly made movie, but it's the real and tragic story that is paramount.
Spielberg crafted a masterpiece that is to be remembered - the events that happened have to be remembered until the end…

Perfume: The Story of a Murderer

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

Did you ever hear the tragedy of Jean-Baptiste Grenouille the murderer?

I thought not. It’s not a story a father would tell you. It’s a french legend. Jean-Baptiste was a master of scents, so powerful and so wise he could use the perfume to influence others to worship him. He had such a knowledge of smells that he could even keep the ones of people he loved. The perfume is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural.…
