  some of the most if not THE most beautiful and impressive stop motion animation i have ever seen. beautiful score, incredible writing (obviously) , and while this is (i guess technically, i personally wouldnt consider it) a children’s movie, it still has that iconic del toro flair that im absolutely in love with. del toro’s take on pinocchio leaves you wanting to grab your loved ones and hold on tight. also anti-fascist pinocchio was pretty based
