Mark Harrison’s review published on Letterboxd :
"A lot easier to follow than Part II" - Emma's final verdict on her first viewing of this trilogy.
Time travel was the solution to all of the problems in Part II, as well as the cause of it, so it's nice that time travel is the problem again in this final chapter, which also gets back to the romance of the superior first instalment with a sweet bout of love at first sight between Doc and Clara.
The Western elements freshen it up too and this instalment subverts previous action beats rather than just echoing them, adding genuine (and even real life) danger to Marty's showdowns with the Tannen family this time around. The usual setups and payoffs abound, giving us the second best of the trilogy and a very satisfying conclusion to the story.
