Dirk Diggler’s review published on Letterboxd:
Oh my god, this little, utterly beautiful and unique film absolutely floored me. Bill embodies so much of humanity and many personal feelings of mine. That note from his mom and that part with his keys about routines and rituals really hit me hard. I really love the crude, simple animation, it has a sort of awkward beauty to it. But there's so so much to love about this film. It's darkly funny, it's devastating, it's moving, it's human, it's a contemplative look at life, it's just absolutely brilliant. Definitely a new of my all-time favorites.
