I went into this film with knowing little-to-nothing about it, and damn... it absolutely blew me away.
It's been a long time since a film hurt my heart this way. The final meeting between Travis and Jane with Travis' monologue was heartbreaking, but so brilliant. Paris, Texas contains stunning imagery, captivating performances, excellent writing, and it's one of the most touching, powerful and beautiful films I've ever seen. An instant fave.
