    The film is a misguided dumpster fire masquerading as a serious and cynical critique of things; the failure is so complete it's near irrelevant to divine what those things are. A mean assumption would be that the fault lies in two men known for tapping into the zeitgeist for past generations trying to do the same with a zeitgeist they don't understand, applying their outdated ideas to a generation living in post post post ironic recycling of those ideas.
