Probably my favourite of 2018. Very intricate, interesting script with a lot of layers, a very mysterious film that thrives off of the audience and the main character's "great hunger," described in the film as Hunger for the meaning of life, as the characters search for the truth in a story where very little seems to add up. Absolutely gorgeous cinematography and art direction, very good use of music with some minimalist bass riffs and Miles Davis. It's on netflix so you have no real excuse not to watch it, it's very long, but it absolutely earns that length with it's slow and satisfying progression.
