Such a failure. Both storytelling and visual. Especially visual. I haven't seen such a poor CGI in a long time. Like in a really long time. And may I ask what were the colorists thinking? The whole movie was colored by colorblind people. Or just blind. Seriously, it looks like they were choosing color range for every scene at random.
The story couldn't get more cliche than this: an autistic and (of course) talented mathematician with a psychological trauma struggles to reach his goal with people who don't like him in the beginning and become good friends after, a smart and beautiful girl (who is not that smart after all), stressful circumstances and whatnot. If it wasn't the real story of Alan Turing. I am really sorry that such a bright person had to face all these things, but the movie itself is very shallow, average and predictable. I would really like to see Cumberbatch playing a villain one more time, he's so good at it.
