    But dead soldiers do not return. 

    A WWI soldier is stuck in limbo, neither living nor dead, until he is to take 10 000 photos of the dying. The agony of well executed short films is the constant desire to see the same story be a full length feature. I was engrossed, I was so interested! The idea of science fiction in a period piece is incredibly underused in my opinion, and should be utilised far more than it is. Matthias Schnoenaerts shines in a brilliant performance and I genuinely would have loved to have seen the idea expanded upon.
