The story rings in the ears of current events.
There are some interesting scenes, but also some unnecessary knots in the narrative. Also, the protagonists are not charming at all: they are simpletons, almost like they are both the same, duplicated, character.
During the first half of the story, but also during the most hedonistic scenes, I feel like there are too many characters and unsure relationships.
The last part of the film is strong and powerful.

Even if there is a glimpse of a well designed future world, all the efforts are ruined by a dull plot and a whining man who deserves nothing. I find this journey through his everyday nonsense pretty cold and I feel nothing at all. I do believe Black Mirror (episode "Be Right Back") is a better take on the human-AI romantic relationship.

Giving the current entertainment industry in Italy, this movie is outstanding. It creates something never seen before in our country: an original narrative about an accidental superhero vs an epic supervillain in a scenario deeply rooted in Rome.
