    The Guest

The Guest is a whole case of monkey business where we find all kinds of genres, is a heterogeneous film where there are moments full of Action, Drama, Intrigue, Thriller, Terror, Satire/Black Comedy, Semi Science Fiction, a little Gore and even a certain air of Eroticism but all these are well integrated without falling into the jumble. I've seen a few films that achieve this well done and their director Adam Wingard has managed to do so.

    Dan Stevens has…

  • Summertime

I didn't imagine that I would love Summertime as much as I had hoped because I always like to feel that sense of joy in finding something like this. I hope Criterion Collection restores and gives you good treatment soon.

Movies like these are the ones that make you love the '50s because even though I know it's not a favorite decade I will always find little jewels like this. It makes me want to be in Venice and to…

  • Whiplash

Whiplash is for me a living proof of why we should never stop believing in cinema, as pretentious as we may think it was the decade of 2010' there will always be great stories all over the world that are there but that we may not have noticed and we must dig for them and this is one of them.

A film that tells us about the dark, dirty and decadent side of fame in the purest and same style…

    Cold War

I hope that I can express in this writing (and not be short of words) all that my heart and my head think about this film since these are worth at least for me (and I hope that also those who read it will like it). I loved this film for the first time and I think it deserves to have a review written by me so that I can contribute my little grain of sand. Its a love at…
