Doctor Who: Deep Breath 2014
"It's good I'm Scottish. I'm Scottish. I am... Scottish. I can complain about things, I can really complain about things now." - The Doctor
Upon arriving in Victorian London, the newly-regenerated Doctor (Peter Capaldi) and Clara (Jenna Coleman) encounter a T-Rex and clockwork men.
The debut of Capaldi as the 12th Doctor is exceptional. Directed by Ben Wheatley, the episode is wonderfully shot, featuring an intriguing mystery to solve and a new doctor adjusting to a new body. The visual effects are superb and both Coleman and Capaldi deliver excellent performances. Capaldi's portrayal of the Time Lord is particularly impressive.

John Landis' horror comedy is probably the best werewolf movie ever made with a fantastic transformation sequence that still holds up to this day it looks and feels painful, a true landmark moment. A true classic of the genre.
