Prisoners is a suspenseful and captivating crime thriller drama with great performances and amazing cinematography! It's utterly believable, thought-provoking and emotional, with some interesting symbolism and themes about being lost or captured, being prepared, fear, inner worlds, and faith, to mention a few things. This is definitely one of the best movies I've ever seen, just probably not one I'll rewatch that often, due to its dark and disturbing subject matter!

"Everything Everywhere All at Once" is a genre-defying existential masterpiece about choices, meaning, empathy and a lot more! The filmmaking on a technical level is absolutely fantastic, including cinematography, visuals, editing, production design and costumes. There are some amazing performances here too, especially by Michelle Yeoh in a role that really fits her.
It is on a story and theme level that I find this movie to be the most compelling, though, with its incredibly funny, unique and emotional ideas,…
