“Sometimes I ask myself,
You know, what is it going to take for me not be afraid
To be loved the way I really wanna be loved
But I'm scared to really, really feel that
You know, it's like you want something but you don't know if you can handle it.”

“I don’t want to give up”
Hurt on all fronts, the three main characters (triangle of sadness) all want to be accepted but have to settle for rejection. Neither one willing to give theirselves to another, like fitting puzzle pieces into the wrong places. A stand still loop, pushing and pulling with no outcome. What comes out of that is an unlikely friendship, and a reveal of real emotions. Presenting growth and absurdity all at once. What we all go through as teenagers, even though we didn’t go through it like this. It still speaks to us, understanding and caring. I will definitely need to see this in a theater, it deserves to be seen with friends.
