    Army of the Dead


    Was surprised by how much i liked Army Of The Dead. Good practical effects/action scenes, decent storytelling, and a great soundtrack along with solid humor. Not perfect by any means (ex. the pacing), but i was completely satisfied with it.

    2021 is pretty much the year where Zack Snyder has finally redeemed himself.

    This might come as a shock to you guys but I don’t have as many thoughts about this as i thought i would. All i can say it was pretty... good... ish??? Definitely an improvement over Joss Whedon’s version, that’s for sure. I have it at an 8/10 for now, but could lower it to a 7/10 if i give it more thought (also a potential review if i’m up to it).
