  Absolutely dire but still charming in its low budget efforts to entertain. The practically non-existent budget is evident in nearly every scene, with obvious stock footage and the basic inability to build sets the biggest indicators of Daei's failing finances. Still, there's enough make believe energy here to make it fun in spite of its total lack of quality.
