After rewatching the Daniel Craig collection, the end hit better the second time around – and I appreciated that they actually used Bond gadgets in full rather than continuing to reference the past, since these are now the main reference for the next collection.
Casino Royale and Skyfall were still the peaks, and this story made Spectre’s weird plot lines better after-the-fact for sure.
Oh yeah, and Quantum of Solace is the other movie in the series…
