I don't really know how to feel about this one. I've watched several food documentaries and all promote a different diet for better health and all have studies to back them up and the only consistent thing I see between them is "eat whole foods, nothing processed"
This movie definitely dives more into the conspiracy that the government messed up the food pyramid, brainwashed us all to believe it is the best way to eat and is now too afraid to admit they were wrong because of the lawsuits it may bring.
I appreciate that the documentary doesn't seem to be selling the audience anything, it is just presenting historical evidence to back up the unorthodox method of losing weight and lowering cholesterol by eating more fat.
Unfortunately, even if this documentary is 100% factual it won't be enough to reverse the eating habits of 300 million people.
