Letterboxd — Your life in film

Super underrated, wish there was a more widely available release for this because goddamn does it deserve it.

While I do feel the end does overstay it's welcome a bit and the violence looses its impact in the final moments, it's still an incredibly engaging and violent affair that I'd highly recommend.

Even more evidence euphoria is one of the best shows right now and one of my my favorites potentially ever. We bumping melodrama by lorde tonight.

While not as iconic as robocop, this shit still goes stupid. Paul Verhoeven action movies slap.

David lynch is such an enigma man holy shit. This is something that I won't even try to understand right now, all I know is is that this is something I've never seen before, what a trip.

A powerful and engaging movie. King's debut is absolutely astounding with amazing performances and writing. One of the best of last year and one that I would highly recommend.

Definitely a grower not a shower. Gallo and Ricci are great here and Lance Acord's cinematography is great. Overall, I'd recommend although it's certainly not for everyone.

Anthony Mackie and Damson Idris backs are aching right now beacuse holy shit this is mid as fuck.

While not as good as heat or thief, Mann directs the shit out of this movie with great action and performances.

Very fucking good. Lakeith fucking kills it here, proving that he is one of the best actors working today. Kaluuya as Hampton is also fantastic, furthering the tension throughout the movie. Highly recommend this one when it hits hbo max and theaters next month.
