David Fincher’s direction, Aaron Sorkin’s writing, Jeff Cronenweth’s cinematography and Trent Reznor’s score all combine to make one of the most meticulous films in recent years. There is so much to love about this film it’s almost hard to believe, I believe this to be a standout in David Fincher’s already star-studded and acclaimed filmography. This story done by any other combination of cast and crew could come off boring and pointless but in this film the stars truly aligned and came together to make one of my all time favourite films. Andrew Garfield and Jesse Eisenberg make the standout performances but any performance featured deserves copious amounts of credit (epecially Armie Hammer). Overall this is one of the best films in recent years and arguably one of the best films of all time and I think it is vastly under appreciated.
