    The Prestige


    With twists and turns at every corner, the fun and cool story of two magicians becomes fascinating with every new discovery. Nolan’s use of nonlinear narrative really helped deliver the story in that fashion, and it was really cool. 

    Also, it’s clear this film would be better on a second watch too, noticing all the smaller details that I’d missed on my first watch.

    This movie was genuinely hilarious. Even in a cinema with about 7 people including me, it had everyone laughing. Loved Charlize and Seth’s characters, and felt great chemistry between the two. I definitely recommend this film!

    If a full stop were a movie. Pity, joy, sorrow, guilt, regret, and hopefulness, this film was a melting pot of human emotion. Rich character development, richer plot line, incredible video effects. This film does not really feel like another Marvel movie. But, rather, it feels like THE Marvel movie. I was absolutely blown away by all aspects of production, but I was most impressed with the writing. God bless

    As a first-time watcher, I'm extremely impressed by the special effects! This film feels extremely ahead of its time with the incredible shots and convincing (for its time) visual effects!

    As for the writing, it felt a little lackluster for me. The dialogue was a letdown with a lot of one-liners and emotionless exclamations like "I can't believe he's gone." The actors for Luke and Princess Leia felt robotic at some points as if they were reciting their lines from…
