enjoyed this even more on a rewatch!!! i think what bugged me a little during my first watch is that i didn’t know what message it wanted to send.
is it simply nihilism by asserting that nothing really matters and none of our actions have genuine consequences? or is it the complete opposite - doesn’t and shouldn’t everything matter because we chose exactly what actions to take to end up in the exact universe that we’re in?
but the rewatch cemented…
